I would say that the Dona Julia resort provided the greatest hotel service I experienced during my recent trip to Goa. Akshay in particular was incredibly kind and helpful, helping us even explore Goa with his recommendations. Mr. Rakesh, the owner, was very kind and modest. Overall, it was a really positive experience.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, this would be last hotel to lookup.Road side public toilets are best than this hotel. Zero maintenance, nothing will work..worst rooms and bathrooms are worst than anything else. Everywhere you will find scrap not sure if this is hotel or dumping yard. Bumper offer is Rats will accompany you everywhere including rooms and outside.. Worst refrigerator,fan and bathroom taps.... nothing will work. Bedsheets on bed - not even roadside beggars will have it. In one word....don't trust all other reviews all are false.....if you dont believe me visit and watch out.

The best resort I've been to. The staff present there was too good, helpful and jolly and the overall service provided was amazing. Had a wonderful stay, everything was super perfect, clean rooms, good staff, we just loved the hospitality provided.. thank you so much to all the staff members, will recommend this resort to our family and friends and will soon visit again if planned..

This Resort is only suitable for Bachelors!!! That too who just want a place for sleep anyhow.... Actual owner rented out this property to a man called Shekhar who does not care about safety or facilities been promised to provide... There is no hot water at all...for every room they say, "will check with solar system "..but in real its a game...in actual there no facility to provide hot water in every room. Rooms mostly given to bachelor as they ready to share rooms in 6 pax. And for families or decent customer it becomes havoc to even walk or sleep at night...as these bachelors keep shouting at night also... Imagine 20-25 bachelors at a time... The most pathetic thing is full amount is taken in advance so though you did not get hot water, TV at all later on...no matter how many complaints you make you will get only Sorry or drama about misunderstanding between staff. I have paid 4000/- per night for family of 4 for 6 days...and i did not get hot water or tv at all during my stay(though cricket world cup was there). Mosquito's are like been breaded here... can't open the balcony otherwise be ready for big mosquito bites. Garbage and scrap lying all around property. FAMILY AND DECENT PEOPLE STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE THERE TO ENJOY IN GOA. Ahead of this property lot of decent and squeaky clean properties are there.
